Broome Eye Care & Optical

This was my first visit, The staff was very nice and listened to my concerns and ran tests I requested. Dr. Broome was professional, listened to my concerns and educated me on next steps for a concern about my eyes. They also did not push a specific brand of lenses as some other offices have. Thankful I found a personable optometrist office that I don’t feel like it take advantage near me.

She is a very good person and dr and she will be my Dr now and as long as I can.She’s a Angel thank you so much for helping me.She helped me after I spent the last 3 years with other drs and they just didn’t have no bed side manners.But she really is a sweet lady.I gained a dr and a friend.God Bless you Ms Kimberly and all your staff.If you need a eye dr for anything.She is the one to call.Sincerely Ms Gilbert.And I love my new glasses

Went in for a follow-up after feeling like something just wasn’t quite right with my new glasses a month in. The office got me in quickly, took the time to troubleshoot (yes, apparently you can troubleshoot eyes!), and made sure everything was right. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Great team and great care!

My husband got glasses in November and luckily got the warranty. They broke, I brought them in and within 30 mins he had new frames and they were repaired. Always great customer service.

I love love Dr. Broome. She always takes her time and answers any questions. My son had a small spectacle, in his eye, that she didn't like so she referred us to a specialists. It turned out to be a very serious condition that we caught just in time. Same with me recently, I had an issue and within minutes Dr. Broome had answers for me. She does not cut any corners or look the other way on any symptom that is presented to her. The office is clean and tidy. Her husband is just as competent AND Jr. is studying to join the practice so we will continue to have Broome Drs. in the future :)

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and IMPRESSIVE TEAM From the nice office “feel,” to the assistants, to Dr Kimberly, my experience was wonderful. What a lovely, professional environment, with caring employees. I can’t rave enough about my visit to Broome Eye Care & Optical. I felt valued and heard. Not to mention, I was impressed with how quickly my script was forwarded to my eyeglasses provider. Again, impressive team!

I’ve had zero issues coming here. I love that I can see the same optometrist each time and it’s not a different person every time I come in. Everything is fast and easy, staff is very courteous. No hassle issues were getting glasses fixed.
